1. Face in front of a mirror and act out your emotional reactions on the following scenarios or
aspects of your personality:
a) Your facial structure
b) The circle of friends that you have
c) Your current academic performance
d) Living with family
e) Personal relationship with God
f) Your current relationship status
g) Your body posture
h) Attitude towards difficulties in life
2. Try to observe yourself and evaluate your emotional reactions. Write down your answers on a
sheet of paper including your answers to the processing questions.
Processing Questions:

How did you feel about the activity?
I am truly content with this activity since I was to some degree energetic when I
act those circumstances. I comprehend that there are things that satisfies me
alongside the things that I know fulfils me regardless, I felt fairly hopeless and
torture because there are a couple of circumstances that is truly making me felt it
which made shed a couple of tears.
2. Was it easy or difficult? Why?
It is neither simple nor troublesome. Why? Since it was not hard to act it out and
to see my face in the mirror remarkably those clear circumstances anyway when
I act those circumstances which made me bleak and in torture, I have sobbed
tears. I was genuinely associated with those circumstances that as yet my hearts
hurt each time I'm thinking about the higher perspective. I comprehended that I
by and by don't have any acquaintance with myself inside and out and that made
me so baffled.
3. Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the different scenarios in
your life and aspects of your personality? How?
Yes. We can ready to reflect enthusiastic responses to an alternate situations or
should I say the "parts of your character" when one individual feels something
that they don't comprehend what kind of energetic it is or character and that is
the time we will defy our real character. Right when I look at a mirror chuckling
caused me to consider the past or cause me to feel deplorable, individuals,
bunches who feel hopeless seeing there selves smile may have a plunge or
mentally eager, on the off chance that I look at the mirror lamentably I will start
crying wildly because of what I see about yourself. It is simply an issue of point of
view.
4. What strengths and weaknesses have you noticed or identified?
My strengths and weaknesses that I have noticed or identified is that I have the
confidence bad sadly the hindrance or the weaknesses I have discovered myself
is that I have that emotional attachment to a certain things.
