base is 1.4m.

(iv)How much cloth material will be required to cover 1 big dome of radius 4.2m?

(v)What is the ratio of sum of volumes of four hemispheres of radius 1m each to the
volume of a sphere of radius 2m?

22. If α and β are the zeros of the quadratic polynomial f(x) =2x2-5x+7, find a polynomial
whose zeros are 2α+3β and 3α+2β.

23. Determine the ratio in which the line 2x + y - 4= 0 divides the line segment joining
points A (2,-2) and B(3,7).

24. If the sum of the first n terms of an A .P is 4n – n2; find the nth term.

25. For what values of a and b does the following pair of linear equations have an infinite
number of solutions?
