IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Be at the testing site 30 minutes before the scheduled examination.
2. Bring this test permit when you take the USTET. Should there be any corrections on the personal information printed above, submit a
clear photocopy of the test permit to the Office for Admissions (OFAD). Any misrepresentation is sufficient cause for disqualification.

3. Please wear your School ID or any valid ID with picture. Applicant with no ID and test permit will not be allowed to take the USTET.

4. Bring No. 2 lead pencils and snacks.


5. You are not allowed to use your cellular phones, gadgets and/or calculating devices during the examination.
6. You are only allowed to take the USTET once within a school year.
7. Passing the USTET is not the sole basis for admission for some colleges. Some colleges may require an entry assessment in the form of
an interview,talent test, and other similar activities.
8. Enrollment in any program in any college or university prior to the release of the USTET result shall lead to the nullification of the
examination taken. The fees paid for the USTET shall be forfeited in favor of the University.
9. USTET Results will be released online on January 28, 2020 at https://ustet.ust.edu.ph/results.
10. For examinees in Provincial and International Testing Centers, please check your room assignment on the list that will be posted at the
testing center on your examination day.
