The following Grand Lodge Legislation will be discussed at our October Stated Meeting
Our three delegates to the Grand Lodge will be voting on the following legislation and would like your input. Listed below are the items to
be considered and will be discussed at our October meeting. The full text of each proposed change will be available at the October meeting.
Numbered items will be voted on. Lettered items were received after last year’s Grand Lodge.

Items to be voted on:

1. Change Dues Cards to New Membership Cards.

2. In addition to the New Membership card allow Grand Lodge to offer a Virtual Membership Card.

3. Grand Master shall have the authority to change any Communication from physical meeting to a virtual or hybrid meeting format. (Allow
in-person and remote attendance via an authorized means.) Grand Master may authorize remote or electronic voting at or in advance of any
Communication.

Item to be read for the first time. May be considered for immediate consideration.
A. Grand Lodge amendments may be acted upon immediately at Annual Communications if no more than 25 members object. Increase 25 to
100 members.

B. Financial year of all Lodges in Ohio will be September 1 to August 31.

C. C was withdrawn
D. Deleted in entirety Resolution No. 10 - Grand Lodge Retirement Plan.

E. Change the office of Tyler from an Elected Officer to an Appointed Officer.

F. Add. In all Masonic facilities under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Ohio, the only room(s) that are dedicated for the purpose of
Masonry are the dedicated Lodge room(s) in the building. All other rooms are considered to be undedicated.

G. Allow petitions to be read and voted on at Special Meetings called for that purpose and allow for alternative means for contacting members
other than US Mail, i.e. Email, Text messages. Etc.

H. This refers to Lodges that have their own life membership programs. Current members and Lodges who have life memberships are
grandfathered and may keep in place. No new life memberships can be enacted after the date of approval of this legislation.

I. Add. It is acceptable for Grand Lodge to publish information about the process for obtaining Masonic Membership. After a member has
determined that a man would make a good Mason, it is acceptable to ask them to join the fraternity and offer to sponsor him for membership
in a symbolic lodge. The steps for obtaining membership must be explained to a potential candidate. It is UnMasonic conduct to harass, badger,
or otherwise coerce a man to become a Mason.
