INTRODUCTION

In the present work, the case of Facebook was studied with the intention of identifying the

organizational behavior that the company has in a specific situation, where each student

evaluated the company's situation through a problem tree, explaining it through a video

where find the problems, causes and consequences associated with the company.

Finally, a bibliographic review was carried out on organizational behaviors, identifying the

one that best suits the situation.


OBJECTIVES

General Objective

Identify the different analysis methodologies for organizational behavior, through the

bibliographic review of various sources of support and their implementation in a case study.

Specific Objectives

 Know the Facebook Case

 Recognize organizational behavior strategies

CONCLUSIONS

Facebook's main problem lies in the bad organizational behaviors that certain individuals in

the community acquire, which ends up affecting the follow-up route for the fulfillment of

the objectives, so it is necessary to properly identify those people who generate the

development of the company look slowed down
