actually, I'm very happy to participate in the interview for accounting intern position
today and I hope that the interview will be as successful as I expected.
my full name is TLT, i'm a fourth year student of University of economic and law, VNU
hcm city, my major is accounting. I'm a hard worker and I like to take on a variety of
challenges
my hobby is reading books. Whenever I read books, it helps me feel relaxed after the
hard day of study and work. At present, i own over 50 books and the number won't
stop there.

one of books I like the most is "ttdgbn" by rosie nguyen, which has taught me many
lessons to apply to life.
as i mentioned in my resume i used to be a member of book and action club for about 1
year. During that time, my friends and I successfully organized a bookstore with over
100 books that spread the reading culture to many pp.
I judge myself my strengths is like ly to work strongly in team, high accountability and
always maintain a source of positive energy.
I think my self-study ability, self-discovery of knowledge is the thing I proud of myself
the most, and I believe that any difficulty can be solved if I try and spend time on it.
Besides, I also have some weakness need to be improved, sometimes I feel worry and
lack of confident when I speak in public, however, I have engagde in clubs, social
activities to improve day by day.
 One thing want to change myself: be more confident, dare to express and speak
my own voice
2. Why choose accounting
Actually, during my high school, I have not yet determined what I like and what I will do
in the future.
However, after consulting Internet sources, my relatives as well as my teachers, the
requirements of this field completely match my personality and abilities such as working
with numbers, carefulness, meticulousness and logical thinking. Besides, great career
opportunities and advancement promotion are also factors I consider when choosing
accounting
After 3 years in university, I definitely believe that my decision was the right one.

different types of companies, many kinds of operations from goods to fixed assets,

I also know the procedures such as making a declaration on the HTKK software, signing
the declaration on the electronic tax and then renewing the token

6. Mistake
Because of my carelessness, I forgot to tell the members to wear the same clothes for
the presentation, the result of my group was deducted 1 point. After this situation, I find
out that I need to be more careful, more responsible at work, especially when being the
leader of the group
 7.  How long do you plan on staying with this company? 
This company has everything I'm looking for. It provides the type of work I love and
many advancement opportunities. I plan on staying a long time.

8. About jobs
- Carry out requests about bank transfer and upload it to system

period (month or quarter), quarter  revenue of the preceding year of 50 billion VND
or less, quarter  month  send a document (Form 07/VAT) to the tax office within
the deadline for submitting the first month's VAT return

9. IFRS vs VAS
- First, in terms of quantity, VAS has only 26 standards. While there are 41 IAS
standards and 16 IFRS standards. Thus, VAS will not have accounting standards
equivalent to IAS/IFRS.
- VAS aims to measure at cost. IAS/IFRS aims to fair value
- IAS is not imposed in terms of forms such as: Chart of Account, Accounting form,
Ledgers which are free to use the account system as well as accounting forms that
are suitable and convenient to the characteristics of the business.
For example, businesses applying VAS, cash will have to have an account number of
111, while businesses applying IAS/IFRS can freely set a number for this account
- VAS currently has no regulations allowing assets and liabilities to be revalued at their
fair value at the reporting time. The absence of relevant standards reduces the
truthfulness and reasonableness of the financial statements and is not consistent
with IAS/IFRS.

10. Orients in future

After the internship, I will be an official employee of the company, contributing as much
as possible to the company's success, in addition to improving my professional skills.

Within five years, I determine to study and take the CPA Australia certification, apply for
higher positions in the industry such as general accountant or even chief accountant for
a large scale company. And in the not too distant future, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is a
desirable destination if I can achieve it.

12. Case
- To say confidently is not completely because it also depends on many factors such as
the customer's business characteristics, the level of complexity as well as the
relationship with the company. However, I will try my best, learn more supporting
information as well as learn from my superiors to complete the assigned work as
best as possible.
- Listen and accept all customer complaints sincerely. Be empathetic and don't try to
make excuses about the customer's problem. Treat guest’s complaints as a sincere
suggestion, not a criticism. Cleverly ask delicate questions to understand what
customers want and need I to fix. Assure the customer that I will try to fix it so that
the customer can rest assured and continue to choose the company.

 Second, Does the company support the data as well as confirm the internship
report?

Finally, How long will it take for me to know the results of the interview?

14. Teamwork
That was when my friends and I worked in groups for the subject “Business Ethics” in
the university.
At this point, I was the leader of a group of 4 people. As a team leader, I made detailed
plans and assigned tasks to everyone. All preparations were perfect until the
presentation day, some problems happened.
One member due to health reasons and one member lost internet connection so they
couldn't give a presentation. At that time, I and the remainder member had to share
presentations and everything happened spontaneously. Despite a few troubles, the
presentation went well and our team got 8.5 points.
And this is a memory that I will never forget.
15. Work under pressure
Because of my difficult circumstance, during 3 years in university, I had to work a lot of
part-time jobs to cover my living costs as well as support my family.
Therefore, to maintain good academic performance as well as participate in activities
besides these jobs is very important to me.
I always make detailed plans for each subject, arrange the tasks in order of priority, and
allocate resources appropriately.
As a result, over the years, all living expenses and tuition, I have been self-financed
besides the academic results and awards that I have achieved.
16. Sinh viên 5 tốt – Students with 5 merits
This title "students with five good merits" was first introduced by Vietnam's Student
Association and soon became the title students nationwide attempt to achieve.
The 5 criteria of the title include good ethics (>=80/100) , good learning (>=7.5/10),
good physical strength (certificate), good volunteer and good integration ( english toeic
500)
