1. This Office announces the change of schedule of the Be Guided: A Two-Day
Preventive Intervention Skill Development Webinar from June 28 and 29, 2021 to
July 5 and 6, 2021, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. via Google Meet.
2. Relative to this, participants must pre-register on or before July 2, 2021.
Please refer to the attached Division Memorandum on the aforementioned activity for
the pre-registration link, list of participants and training matrix.
3. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

1. This Office announces the conduct. of Be Guided: A Two-Day Preventive
Intervention Skill Development Webinar on June 28 & 29, 2021, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m. via Google Meet.
2. The said webinar aims to capacitate student government teacher-advisers,
guidance advocates/teachers, and parents with adequate knowledge associated with
proper and correct protocols to administer appropriate interventions to young
adolescents with diverse experiences during this time of pandemic.
3. Attached are the list of participants and training matrix, for reference.
Concerned participants are required to pre-register on or before June 27, 2021 thru
this link: ill tos:.; r I.('01iii'iit, (.11i(1c(1. The Google Meet link will be sent to the
registered participants' email a day prior to the actual webinar.
4. Moreover, the participants are expected to join in the meeting room at least 15
minutes before the scheduled time. A stable internet connectivity with at least 5Mbps
speed is also encouraged to ensure uninterrupted sessions throughout the duration
of the said webinar.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
