Rationale:
Volleyball is a sport that involves many basic movements, skills, particularly
jumping and overhead swings of the arm, and it requires quick bursts of strength, balance,
agility and hand-eye coordination. Volleyball is a lower-risk sport for injuries compared to
other sports.
Objectives:
The tournament has the ff. objectives:
To promote a healthy lifestyle and physically fit through participation in sports.
To provide a fun recreational opportunity for the participants while incorporating
teamwork and cohesion.
To promote sportsmanship, physical fitness and teamwork; develops individual skills
and team performance
To provide opportunities for building camaraderie in a competitive atatmosphere.

Methodology
In order to achieve this tournament, I asked the barangay officials and also
Mayor VJ Pimentel III to get fully support for this event.I made letters for the
barangay officials to help in this coming tournament and do solicitation also
in every mining industry to have sufficient money for all the preparations
and things needed in this big event in order to have a successful
tournament.
Any little help will be very much appreciated.

METHODOLOGY
