resident of same address, do hereby name, constitute, designate, and appoint
CHRISTIAN IAN RODIL FRIAS Filipino, of legal age and with postal address
at Unit 512 Geneva Bldg. Chateau Condominium Lingunan, Valenzuela City,
respectively, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, duly authorized to do
and perform the following, to wit:

1. To represent me for and in my behalf in the processing of documents for the


Transfer of Title with TCT No. T-39248P (M) which located at Sta. Maria,
Bulacan, with the concerned agencies of the Government of the Republic of the
Philippines;

2. To represent, execute, sign any and all document(s) and paper(s) as well as
claim/receive for and in my behalf said document(s) as well as to do any
and all acts in order to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto the said attorneys-in-fact full powers
and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation and confirming all that
my said attorneys-in-fact or their substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
