pool, push slowly then pull slowly for 3 times.
Tips: Do not too fast, or the tubes would be disconnected

Front of counting pool Enter system by service ID, go to “service” interface, click
“maintain” and “empty WBC or RBC bath”, then use Q-tip which
dipped with CLE-P to wipe the inner wall, after installed back
then click “clean” and “WBC bath or RBC bath”

Titanium tube of counting Steps: fold a piece of paper into a groove first, then dip a cotton
chamber swab in alcohol, and wipe the titanium tube with liquid.

Diff chamber cleaning 1:Clean the top and inner wall of diff chamber by alcohol

2: Take a syringe with CLE-P, then connect it to each mouth and

1: Shut off the machine, wear antistatic wrist strap and open
the optical system assembly
2: Pinch the outlet tube of flow cell, then disconnect the tube
as shown below
3: Take 1.5ml of CLE-P with a syringe, then connect it to flow
cell, then do the soaking for 10 minutes.
Tips: Observe diff chamber if it is overflow? So push syringe

1. Turn off the instrument, push the horizontal/vertical motor to
the middle position, and clean up the dirty of guide rails
2. Apply lubricating oil to the guide rails in a moderate amount,
not too much
3. Manually push back and forth 10 times
4. The clean up the dirty of guide rails one more time, and then
apply lubricating oil again.

1. Take out the internal wire rod of the tank chain and replace
the new wire rod.
2. The new wire connector is shown in the figure.
Note: note that there is room at the front of the wire.The
standard is an arc with a slight bump at the front.

1. Check whether the power fan has abnormal sound
2. If fans are making noise, then shut off machine and remove
power cable, use Q-tip and dip it in alcohol to remove dust
from fan blade
3. Install back the fans carefully and check the sound again, if
noise remains, please change new fans.

1. Remove the main control board and use the anti-static brush
to clean the dust
