THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

I realized that as a teacher, it is my responsibility to provide learning safety and security to

my students, I should also look forward for fair learning environment, construct
management of classroom structured and activities, accountable in providing support for
learner participation, promoting purposive learning during class discussion, and lastly,
management of student’s behavior. Learning environment should be composed with these
five components in order for the students to have a productive learning process.

I believe that physical, psychological, emotional health shall be prioritize, because to fulfill
the satisfaction and interest of the students to learn, I need to set up my classroom, my
teaching and instructional strategies, and also on my behavior following the five
components on learning environment. The absences of active learning of the students is
affected when I missed some of the following components in the learning environment.
Indeed, I should be able to function and implement all that as for the learner to have active
participation and show positive traits when in or out of the classroom.

I feel that comfortability, positive attitude, and active performance of the students are
present or observe when their learning environment are in a good condition. The learner is
most likely to pay attention or get interested on the class discussion when I demonstrate
safeness, fairness, management, support, purposeful, and acceptable behavior on to my
students three common attributes. Therefore, I should set an environment where I can
observe and justify all their diverse learning skills or individual learning capabilities as
stated that learners have different types of learning skills and as a teacher you should be
able to pay attention to them all.

When I become a teacher, I will focus on my students learning, skills, and behavior and
also on their basic needs and well-being of the learners. I’ll set them in a safe and secured
environment, I shall treat my students a fair or equal environment, I’ll arrange and
manage my classroom structured and activities based on what I believe that fits to their
learning abilities, I will support them in every participation they will commit to do and
motivate them intrinsically, I’ll be promoting purposive learning to my students to tap on
their cognitive, affective, and psychomotor traits, and utilize variety of teaching skills and
strategies to make my students become interested and engage in learning process.
