Special requirements for aircraft operators performing commercial transportation:


The acft operator shall stipulate special crew qualification requirements (Cat B, REF EASA AMC1
ORO.FC.105). The acft operator shall stipulate special limitations with regard to surface wind. The acft
operator shall stipulate special requirements with regard to rwy status. Acft operators without steep
