Executive Summary

Relaxing, comfortable, quality, and affordable. This

is our Barbhie Latte. Our café welcomes you with the cozy

and warm ambience. It is a place where you can call the

third home, to the reason that your second home is the

school. Located at the Capitol Site, Osmena Avenue, Kalibo,

Aklan. You can easily locate our café owing to the fact

that it’s along the highway.

Due to the timeliness and trendy concept of our café,

we canclaim that our café can be one of the well-known

lounges in the vicinity of the Kalibo, Aklan. We offer food

and beverages that are off great quality. In the presence

of vast competitors and those merchandisers, our great

quality products comes with their affordable prices.

Barbhie Latte is a café lounge that offers food and

beverages that are of great quality with their affordable

prices. Along with that, we also offer good promos that are

really tempting such as buy one take ones, recommendations,

discounts; event discounts and seasonal discounts. These

event discounts can be obtained in certain events such as

holidays and celebrations that are labelled on the

calendar. While seasonal discounts can be held for a span

of a week to a month; like the women month, Halloween, and

Christmas month.

To start off with a complete and fully equipped

foundation, we decided to invest 150,000 pesos for all the

needed expenses that corresponds to the needed

preparations. With these, we expect the return of the

capital in 4-6 months and the increase of the income and

revenue in the following months after that.

Product is one of the main things that make the business

work. The business won’t gain any revenue if it don’t have

a product in the first place. It is something that we offer

to the customers to satisfy their needs. Our Barbhie Latte

a. Competitive Analysis

All the business had the same general base in creating

their products, the prices of their goods. In pricing, we

need to take note of the financial capabilities of our

target customers. We need to assess the capability of our

target customers in buying our products. Knowing the

general financial output of the common people is a first in

setting up a price list for your company if your target is

the common people. In setting up a business, we also need

to assess the demands of the market, the “trend” of the

society, and also the general concept of things that will

make your business interesting to your target customers.

Obviously, all companies and business knows the concept of

discounts, promotions, and other interactive strategies

that will make their business appealing to the people. It

is up to the owners of respective business to strategize

and think of ways on how to make their business more

appealing than to others.

The competition within business is a general activity

that also aids in making the business grow and prosperous.

b. Supply and Demand Analysis

People nowadays enjoy staying outdoors with their friends,

catching up, talking while eating. They also want to stay

in cafes to do their school works, workloads, and etc. some

just want to have a time with their loved ones.

Therefore, many cafes and lounges are sprouting in cities

to try to make up for this demand. For that, we claim that

Barbhie Latte can meet and satisfy this demand of society

by offering snacks and refreshments that are of great

quality and at the same time, affordable.

In accordance to that, we ensure that our supplies are

sufficient to avoid shortage. The ideal goal for one day

work course are also into consideration in stocking

supplies.

c. Description of Target Market

Our target market are the common people such as, students,

office workers, teachers, staffs of establishments and etc.

comfortably with the presence of snacks and refreshments

that can aid their relaxation utterly. We also provide

promos in consideration that group of people are the ones

visiting such cafes as ours most of the time.

d. Promotion

To promote our business and our products, we decided to

use social media platforms, specifically, Facebook and

Instagram, as a main connection to our future customers. In

these pages, we display our products, their prices, and

also the promos and discounts that we can offer our

customers. We also promote our business personally to our

relatives and acquaintances.

e. Price

Our business wants and hopes for nothing but the

happiness and satisfaction of our customers and this

evidently includes the humble price of products. The

Barbhie Latte is a budget friendly store and does not reach

the footing of being overly price. Although we make sure

that our product is above the standard quality goods among

capabilities of our target customers. With this kind of

conformity towards the target market, we can be hopeful

that our business would grow flourishing over time.

Marketing Manager – manages the day-to-day marketing

activities of the organization and long term marketing

all relevant company functions are kept and informed of

Bookkeeper – has an obligation to maintain the best

interest of their clients, society and the profession as a

process of creation of goods and services. It involves

planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling all the

resources needed to produce a company’s goods and services.

customers. It facilitates them to use a variety of social

promotions and shared them with their friends and followers
on social media. This aids them in attracting the attention
of the others in their immediate vicinity

Electricity Supply

In their market, the Barbhie Latte used a variety of


appliances that required electricity to operate. The
majority of the business's energy usage comes from storing
goods and providing air conditioning to their customers.
They have a refrigerator, a freezer, and two air
conditioners to keep the food fresh for a long time and to
provide comfort to their customers.

Water Supply

The most critical utility that any cafe must have is


water supply. The Barbhie Latte used water to keep their
company safe and sanitary. It is used to keep the
environment clean by removing dirt from previously used
utensils. Cleaning the tables, chairs, counters, kitchen,
glass walls, and doors was also done.

Floor Plan Layout

As soon as you walk into Barbhie Latte, you will


notice their welcoming ambiance and be greeted by the 6
tables and menu on the wall. Their spacious seats are
convenient for both customers and employees. The counter

was in the room's middle-right corner, and the comfort room
was on the other side. The kitchen and storage space are
situated in the next room, which is located at the top-left
corner of the cafe. It is segregated for the purpose of
food and supply sanitation. The workers' lounge is located
in the top-left corner. For the same purpose of sanitation,
the waste disposal is located in the back.

Waste Disposal

The Barbhie Latte follows proper waste disposal


procedures in order to meet waste management standards and
maintain a clean cafe. Food storage is the process of
storing cooked and raw materials in suitable conditions for
future use without allowing microorganisms to enter or
multiply. Not only can your business benefit the climate,
but it will also save money in the long run if it can learn
to reduce food waste. Instead of disposing of food waste,
they recycle it and make their own natural fertilizer. They
even transform food waste into biogas.

e. Service Schedule

The business is designed to open at 9 am in the morning


until 8 pm in the evening. This is for the convenience of
the customers and also the workers in the business. The
workers in the business would perform their tasks by shift,
and would have a 30 minute break every 4 hours; this is to
ensure the health and wellness of our workers.

The proprietor and other staffs are helping each other

in everything that they can do for the business. They are
