post of T.A./Electrical and D’Man cadre - Suitability
Report, DP Particulars - Called for - Reg.

A fresh panel is to be prepared for filling up the existing and

anticipated vacancies of Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade from the post of
Technical Assistant/Electrical and Draughtsman cadre based on the Crucial date
of 20.03.2021. A list of Technical Assistants/Electrical are annexed for
consideration for promotion to the post of Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade.

2. The Superintending Engineers concerned are requested to

furnish the particulars in the format annexed in respect of Technical
Assistant/Electrical mentioned in the list, who are working under your circle,
each 2 nos. of hard copies and also send the above particulars to E-MAIL Id
[email protected].

3. The Superintending Engineer concerned are also requested

to fill up the proforma using "Yes" or "No" as the case may be and that the
proforma should not be filled up by using "dash" (-) and also not kept blank and
to furnish 2 Copies of the Charge Memo./Final Orders of D.P. if any
against the individuals furnished in the list.

4. If any of the individual mentioned in the list are found

working in your circle but marked to other circle, their particulars may also be
sent to this office without fail. Also, if any of the individual listed in the
Annexure is transferred from your Circle to other Circle, the Superintending
Engineer may be addressed directly to the S.Es. concerned together with the
copy of this office ref. (w.e.) with a request to furnish the report of the
individual concerned direct to this Office.

5. The Superintending Engineers concerned are requested to

furnish the date of Completion of Probation of Technical Assistant/Electrical
without fail in the relevant column in the format enclosed.

6. If any of the Diploma Holders of Draughtsman/Senior

Draughtsman working in your circle possess Diploma in Electrical Engineering or
equivalent qualification if they opt for considering for selection as Junior
Engineer/ Electrical II Grade and their suitability reports may also be sent in the
Format (2 copies) together with their year of passing Diploma in Electrical
Engineering (copy of certificate to be furnished 2 copies) as required in the
Format and submit their Undertaking 2 copies as detailed below:-

“I opt for appointment as Junior Engineer/ Electrical II

Grade by Relinquishing my rights for promotion in Draughtsman
cadre. By giving my option for such appointment, I realize that I shall
not be entitled for further promotion in my former cadre of
Draughtsman/Senior Draughtsman”

7. As the preparation of panel of Junior Engineer/Electrical II

Grade depends upon the receipt of the above report. The Superintending
Engineers concerned are requested to bestow their personal attention in the
matter and send the report on or before 30.06.2021 without fail.
