Operational Procedure
1. Inspect the set up of the tools and equipments (Bolo, Shovel, Cutting
tools, trowel, and rake, etc.). Be sure that the area is dry and no
split liquid neaby.
2. Check the stability of the tools and equipments.
3. Check the tools and equipments in the storage area.
4. Wipe dust and remove unnecessary objects that will obstruct the use
of the tools and equipments.
5. Use the tools and equipments properly. Avoiding unproper use the
tools and equipments from unrecognized/unsafe sites.
6. Before using the tools and equipments; check first the quality of the
tools if they are useseable in the farms/users.
7. After using, be sure to the tools and equipments are properly cleaned
and dry before putting to the proper areas/cabinet.
8. Make sure it was proper and segrated based on the items and properly
lock the cabinet.
