I, Daisy Rose Biejo, a DOST- JLSS Scholar under RA 7687, graduated last May
2019 with a degree Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Sciences at
Southern Leyte State University- College of Teacher Education.
With due respect, I have an utmost desire to request a certification as DOST
Scholar. This certificate is in great importance for my future admissions. I have been a
scholar for 2 years with maintained passing grades. I displayed proper behavior and
conduct as a DOST Scholar. And I actively participated in all activities administered by
DOST- SEI. It is with great Honor to be given with this certificate.
I am enclosing herewith a copy of my diploma and Transcript of Records for your
ready reference. I would be very delighted for your response with this matter.
