Device used to measure the weight or mass of an ingredient accurately.

An old tool of measuring weigh. Commonly used for fish, meat, vegetables and fruits.

Used for portioning, measuring, and forming shapes. Comes in different sizes and it is also a
popular utensil used by professional chefs.

amount of ingredients. Best example of it is baking. That’s why it is important for us to follow the

heat-resistant, non-stick surface to bake on.
