Minglanilla Beach Health Protocol Report

The document summarizes three inspection reports of Sherlock Beach in Minglanilla, Cebu from November 7, 2020 to November 23, 2020. In each inspection, contact tracing teams found that five cottage owners failed to comply with health protocols by not enforcing social distancing, proper mask wearing, and limiting capacity. While some improvements were noted, overall the beach continued to neglect compliance with rules to prevent the spread of COVID-19. A warning letter to owners was recommended after the final inspection.
