What I Have Learned

Out from my answers I can conclude that, a Chronic Injury happens when
repeated overuse of muscle groups or joints and the body is not given enough time to recover

While an Acute Injury happens when

a specific impact or traumatic event that occurs in one specific area of the body, such as tearing a
muscle, breaking a bone, or injury to the joint.

And that, I could be able to reduce the risk of injuries while dancing if I will
Do warm-up exercises before dancing , Always stretch before I dance or exercise, Cool down after
dancing and Wear shoes that fit properly, are stable, and absorb shock.
