San Luis Villa, Habay 1 Bacoor City, Cavite have NAMED, CONSTITUTED and
APPOINTED, ANALY P. DUENAS likewise of legal age, Filipino, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do any or all of the
following facts and things:

1. To be my authorized representative.
2. To transact at BIR in a relation to Payment of my Taxes (e.g.
Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, etc.) on the purchased property
designated as Lot 2232-A containing an area of One Thousand Seven
Hundred Forty-Two (1,742) square meters, which is particularly described as

situated at Brgy. Union, Mayorga, Leyte covered by Katibayan ng
Orihinal na Titulo P-73358;
4. To receive on my behalf, all pertinent papers, certificate,
documents in connection thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and


authority to do and perform whatever is requisite or necessary relative to the above
premise. Hereby ratifying and confirming all that my attorney-in-fact will do or cause to
