System Requirements
• An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless
• Mobile hotspot is not recommended as it might not provide a stable internet connectivity.
• Ensure any pop-up blockers are turned off
• You should not be connected to VPN
• Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
• A webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in
• Or a HD cam or HD camcorder with video capture card

Note: Mobile cannot be brought into the testing room, hence mobile hotspot cannot be used for
giving the test and is not recommended.

• Windows 10*
• Note: For devices running Windows 10, they must run Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise.
Safe Mode is not supported.

Note: MAC machine/OS is NOT supported. Please use windows machine for taking the exam.

Internet Bandwidth Requirements


• For 1:1 video calling:
o 600kbps (up/down) for high quality video
o 1.2 Mbps (up/down) for 720p HD video
o Receiving 1080p HD video requires 1.8 Mbps (up/down)
o Sending 1080p HD video requires 1.8 Mbps (up/down)
