PROPOSING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OUTREACH PROGRAM 2019
Project Title: Outreach Program 2019
Project Background:
The Outreach Program 2019 is an activity that is hereby proposed as a part of
the Branch Youth Council’s effort in order to reach out to the children and youth within
the community and effectively implement the Second Objective of Red Cross Youth - to
instill the practice of a healthy lifestyle.
This project is inspired from the Outreach Program that is annually done by
ANGAT Pilipinas and Elevate Philippines. This project holds the same objective for it
also aims to help the children and youth of a selected community through giving meals
and hygiene kits that will be beneficial not just to the benefactors but also to their
families. Through this project, we will focus not just on giving the donated products but
also on making it sure that the little lessons that we can give will be used in their daily
lives.
Project Objectives:
General Objective:
To instill the practice of a healthy lifestyle among the children and youth of
the community.
Specific Objective:
Promote health and proper sanitation.
Be able to interact with the children and youth from the said community.
To provide sufficient hygiene materials that they could possibly use for the
families within the chosen community.
To assess the current situation in the said community, so that we could
give way to other possible projects we might come up in the future.

Philippine Red Cross Rizal – Taguig City Branch will shoulder the food of both
the organizers and participants. Company A vowed to shoulder the Alcohol, Soap,
Towel and 50 pieces of kits. Company B vowed to shoulder the other 50 pieces of kits,
toothbrush and toothpaste while Company C vowed to shoulder the MAAB ID of all 100
participants. The activity needs a total amount of PHP 21, 690.00 (Twenty one
thousand six hundred ninety pesos).

Expected Output:
We are expecting that there will be a maximum of 100 (one hundred) children
that will serve as our beneficiary on the said barangay.
We are expecting that they will make use of the hygiene kits provided in order to
lessen the health risks that may possibly arise due to their environmental
situation.
We are expecting that they’ll be able to participate in various RCY activities and
the knowledge that they gained will be used in their everyday lives.
Future Plans for Project Sustainability:
Find a barangay and group of people that will serve as your beneficiary.
Check to it that the fund will be used efficiently.
Look for companies that may serve as event sponsors.
