DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation is entered this ____ day of October 2019 in Quezon
City by and between:

LORENA T. GLEN, of legal age, married, Filipino and with residence


and postal address at 2602 Benavidez St. Corner Paseo De Roxas
Asia Tower Makati City, hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”;

and

ANGEL JOSHUA KHYL OWEN T. BATALLONES, of legal age,


single, Filipino and with principal address at 123 Area 6 Luzon Avenue
Old Balara Quezon City hereinafter referred to as the “DONEE”.

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner of a 2003 Honda
CR-V with plate number XKU145 (“Motor Vehicle”)

WHEREAS, by reason of the generosity and appreciation of the


DONOR, she wishes to donate the said motor vehicle to the
DONEE and the latter has accepted the same;

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing the parties hereby agree upon
the following terms and conditions, of the Deed of Donation to wit:

1. The DONOR GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation


unto the DONEE the herein described motor vehicle:

2. The DONOR warrants that the Motor Vehicle is free from all liens and

3. The DONOR warrants that the donation is not made with intent to
deceive or defraud her creditors, other heirs or any third person.

4. The DONEE hereby accepts and receives the donation made in his
favor from the DONOR, and manifests his gratefulness for the latter's generosity.
