The most essential component of a person’s life is his or her time at the workplace, and life turns

meaningless once no job satisfaction is obtained. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Nowadays, more and more people, especially the youth, are overly fixated on devoting their
entire time for their job. In my opinion, It is undeniable that the job satisfaction plays an
important (a pivotal) role in a person’s adulthood, however, there are various things which can
bring a far greater meaning to one’s life
On one hand, most of workers feel a sense of accomplishment when they complete their job. To
these people, job satisfaction simply means that they are showered with compliment from
colleagues and bosses, which can motivate (they feel more motivated) to continue their job.
Furthermore, the youngsters spend their time and youth at the workplace, and gradually their
work becomes an indispensable part these person’s life. Consequently, they would feel empty
when they do not achieve the goal that they want.
On the other hand, People especially the elders insist on other factors overweighting job
satisfaction. It is said that the more financial stability a person obtain, the more comfortable life
becomes. Frankly, job satisfaction cannot feed an empty stomach but money surely can. . Money
could resolve almost every problems a man has to deal with. In addition, one said that: “Family
is the solid foundation of one’s adulthood’’. The more happy a family is the greater and better a
person can be. Last but not least, the fresh graduate still live in their dreamland, thinking that
their job is the only purpose of their life. Nonetheless, the harsh reality will make them realize
that they have to face with more issues than just doing their job well.
In conclusion, people can feel satiated when they achieve the target set out. However, it takes
more than just a job satisfaction to make a person’s life become meaningful.
