PROCEDURE
1. Combine ingredients 1 – 3 and heat to 45 – 50°C.
2. Add ingredient 4 and mix until completely dissolved.
3. Add ingredients 5 – 6 while cooling to 40°C.
4. Once below 40°C, add remaining ingredients.
5. Adjust to pH 5.0 – 5.5 with citric acid (viscosity is pH dependent).
