As we all know, we can’t always go out of our house since we are still in a strict

quarantine. But I have a question for all of you, are you perhaps finding an easy gym
equipment that you can just use in your home that it takes less than an hour to make?
Don’t worry! I can help you!
This is my homemade multitasker barbell! This consists of 2-gallon bottles with water
full in it, and I used an Arnis stick to connect the 2-gallon bottles. You can either use a
metal stick, a rod stick or any strong stick that can hold the 2 bottles. Easy right? You
just need 3 things, and you can make your DIY barbell at home!

But why did I call it a multitasker barbell? Now, let me show you 3 different ways on
how you can use this homemade barbell at home!

1. Lift to Chest

carry your barbell, make sure you have a strong grip of it! start it by
slowly lifting it until it reaches your chest. now, continue doing it until you
get the hang of it!

2. Dumbbell Bottle

Easy right? I know there are more ways on how you can use this homemade
multitasker barbell and I’ll leave that to all of your own ways! Just make sure to be
careful with it all the time. Again, physical activity is a must in our life. It might be hard
at first, but as long as you keep positive, you will reach your goal!
