AFFIDAVIT OF CONFORMITY

I, MIGUEL G. GERTES, of legal age, single, Filipino and resident of Dumantay,


Batangas City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose
and say:

1. THAT I am the registered owner of a certain property covered by Tax


Declaration No. 0047-04813, covering an area of One Hundred Eighty One (181)
square meters;

2. THAT on March 6, 2014, I hired a Geodetic Engineer to conduct an actual


survey of the property as part of the requirements for the Deed of Absolute Sale;

3. THAT upon actual survey of the property, the actual area size is One Hundred
Eighty One (181) square meters with Lot No. 4, while alongside is Lot 5 having
the same area owned by Iluminada Gertes, as evidenced by the Sketch Plan
signed by Geodetic Engineer George G. Raymundo hereto attached as Annex A;

4. THAT the said property registered under my name was already sold to Lina
Atienza;

5. That this affidavit is being executed to attest to the truth of the above facts in
compliance with the requirements for the transfer of the said property to the new
owner.
