education, training, and vast resources.Further, i have the knowledge of what FFBL
objectives and I also support sustainable economic growth. I would love to join your
innovative team, continue to create great work, and grow within the company by learning

Weakness.
I focus a lot on details.
Take on too much responsibility
I can be too critical for myself. I feel I have not done enough.
Strengths:

 Leadership skills
 Dedicated
 Collaboration Skills
Importance of Diversity:

 Increased Productivity
 Improved Cultural awareness
 A positive reputation
Biggest Failure and overcome:
Recently I got a Project based internship opportunity at PepsiCo. After Onboarding, they
assigned me a project related to Electronic Human Resources. I was disappointed and
confused as with chemical engineering background, how I'll complete it. But, as I started
working, I realized that with effort and commitment, anything can be achieved. I worked hard
and submitted my project on time.
Proud achievements :
AlhamduliLLAH I have achieved alot in my life.

 Firstly, I belong to a remote area and am the first one from my village who despite
financial hurdles, got admission in Punjab University on merit and has almost
completed Bachelors.
 From whole institute having more than 500 students, I got selected for
Ambassadorship of Fatima Fertilizer for thier induction drive.
 Last but not the least, I am the only one from my university who's done three
internships despite covid crises.
Sustainability Issues:

 Being a chemical Engineer, I rate energy conservation as the most important

sustainability challenge. as we know we are running out of fossil fuel resources.
 Climate is most significant challenge to sustainable development and it threatens to
drag millions of people into poverty. Every year, temperatures rise is approximately 1
to 2 degree which is tremendous.
 Air Quality - In recent times, air quality have become a very important issue and is
caused by vehicles and other industrial emissions. In lahore, Pakistan, Air quality
index reached to hazardous level.
Conflict handling:
While doing internship at Attock Oil Refinery, Me and my colleague came to a disagreement.
We had a choice to select a process plant or an operation unit. He was insisting that we
should stay on operation unit as it's more beneficial. I argued with him providing him with
solid reasons with authentic tone. he agreed and we are now doing practice at a process
plant.
Problem Solving:
During my internship at PepsiCo, I was given a problem statement that in an organization,
employees are to keep a track of thier attendance and also leave tracking systems are not
available. I didn't have the background knowledge so it came hard at me. To handle and
respond, I did research for hours and devised a solution to this problem which was the
implementation of e HR. Softwares could be utilized to solve this problem.
