ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
DAY 1 – March 15, 2021

Registration started at exactly 7:25 AM with 37 JHS and 10 SHS registered participants.
The Opening Program begun with the singing of the National Anthem thru video and also a short
prayer followed by a Thought for the Day.
The very active School Principal II of GRSNHS Lorela A. Agnote gave the Training
Orientation by starting with the house rules specially on the attendance during the INSET. She
emphasized that anybody caught not around during the duration of the training will be marked
ABSENT.
She discussed the INSET proceedings based on DepEd Order No. 8 Series of 2015.
She proceeded with the SBM presentation. She discussed the SBM Assessment Process
and Tool (APAT). The different dimensions assigned to its respective group, were tackled in
details as to each indicator and means of verification (MOVs) on each level. She gave
suggestions on what, whom, how and where to secure pertinent documents relative to every
level. Remaining time were allotted for each group to convene to finalize and strategize the
assigned work.
The morning session ended at 11:55AM with everyone having a more vivid
understanding of their respective assigned task and were very eager to start securing and
compiling their MOVs.

The afternoon session started with an ice breaker.

The present pandemic called for a greater need for a clear understanding of Physical and
Mental Health and there is no better in the position to discuss such with no less than the School
Nurse assigned for the First District in the name of Sir Rey Bicaldo, RN. He thoroughly
discussed the scope of Physical and Mental Health and the proper disposition in attending to
problems related to it with special consideration on the COVID 19 crisis and how to cope with
the New Normal. It was a very informative afternoon that ended at 4:50PM.

DAY 2 – March 16, 2021

The second day begun with the singing of a Nationalistic Song thru video and a Short
Prayer, followed by the Thought for the Day and the recap of the previous day discussion at
8:03AM.

The first discussant on the second day was the Department Chairman of Mathematics and
the Guidance Counsellor Designate, Ma’am Jesilyn G. Eje. She tackled Learning Activity Sheet
(LAS) Preparation with special emphasis on the Most Essential Learning Competency (MELC)
and unpacking the MELC. She enumerated the salient parts of the LAS and even gave pointers in
preparing such.

Given the important considerations in LAS Preparation from what Ma’am Jesilyn G. Eje
shared, the group is more than ready to Prepare the LAS. And so the next part was the Workshop
on LAS Preparation facilitated by Sir Jojit Balmes, an AP Teacher. He extended technical
assistance to anyone who sought for help during the LAS preparation.

The afternoon session was devoted mostly on the continuation of Workshop on LAS
Preparation with Ma’am Leonila C. Alvarez, Chairman of English Department and Sir Marlo V.
Mercado, Grade 12 Thorndike Adviser facilitating. Both shared their expertise and assisted every
member of the group in preparing their output.

Afterwards, the School Principal II Ma’am Lorela A. Agnote devoted her time facilitating
Preparation of LAS Output. She also took time to efficiently and passionately do the critiquing
and giving of technical assistance. It was a very productive afternoon that lasted at 4:50PM with
everyone coming up with their finished LAS.

DAY 3 – March 17, 2021


The third day begun at exactly 8:05AM with the singing of a Nationalistic Song and a
Short Prayer thru video followed by the Roll Call, Recap of Previous Day’s discussion and
Thought for the Day.

The School ICT Coordinator, Sir Froy A. Ayo discussed the Power Quest which is very
ideal in giving assessment during the New Normal. He gave the step by step preparation and a
workshop followed with everyone enjoined to come up with their Power Quest. He mentioned
also the ICT Application 365 Office, DepEd Commons, DepEd Email Add.

The next resource person was Ma’am Mae B. Delos Santos who presented her own
prepared video lesson. After the presentation, she discussed in details how she came up with the
video lesson. According to her, whatever one can imagine can be materialize. She willingly
shared her expertise and answered every question thrown at her by the participants who were all
amaze and full of awe at her presentation.

The whole afternoon were devoted to output preparation on Power Quest with 5 item quiz
and 3 prepared Learning Activity Sheet (LAS) on their respective handled subjects for the Third
Quarter based on Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELC). Everybody were able to
submit their output at the end of the afternoon session and were compiled per group, duly
submitted to the Ma’am Lorela A. Agnote. The session ended at 4:57PM.

DAY 4 – March 18, 2021

The fourth day begun at exactly 8:00AM with the singing of a Nationalistic Song and a
Short Prayer thru video followed by the Roll Call, Recap of Previous Day’s discussion and
Thought for the Day.
Sir Noel T. Forcadilla, an AP teacher and a Division Writer was the resource person on
Workshop on Book Writing Preparation. He presented a video to start his topic and gave his
pointers on the matter. He later accommodated every queries raised by the participants who were
very interested to give a try in writing especially that there were members of the group who were
part of the ongoing project on Book Writing in Bicol Culture.

A Demo Lesson in English by a Grade 9 Supreme Adviser and English Teacher, Ma’am
Maria Lisa P. Villanueva completed the morning session and Ma’am Lorela A. Agnote did the
critiquing.

The afternoon session started with an ice breaker. Sir Danny Boy C. Albo, a Grade 10
Ruby Adviser and Science Teacher had a Demo Teaching Using Video Recorded Lesson for the
Junior High School.

While Ma’am Lorie Anne A. Agnote, a Grade 11 Socrates Adviser and English Teacher
had a Demo Teaching Using Video Recorded Lesson for the Senior High School.

Again, a Junior High School Grade 10 Diamond Adviser and MAPEH Coordinator,
Ma’am Sheryll A. Flores had her Demo Teaching Using Video Recorded Lesson.

With the three very competent teachers of GRSNHS presented their Demo Teaching
Using Video Recorded Lesson to complete the afternoon session of the fourth day was the
feedbacking and giving of technical assistance by the equally competent School Principal of
GRSNHS, Ma’am Lorela A. Agnote. She gave several pointers which are vital in Lesson and
LAS Preparation.

The fourth day ended at 5:05PM.

DAY 5 - March 19, 2021

The fifth day begun at exactly 8:13AM with the singing of a Nationalistic Song and a
Short Prayer thru video followed by the Roll Call, Recap of Previous Day’s discussion and
Thought for the Day.

Ma’am Milagros E. Landicho, Chairman of Filipino Department and TLE Teacher had
her Demo Lesson on Filipino for Junior High School.
Ma’am Maria Bernadette R. Corsado, Grade 12 Aristotle Adviser and Science Teacher
had her Demo Lesson in Science for Senior High School.

Again, Ma’am Lorela Agnote did the feedbacking and giving of technical assistance.

An ice breaker started the afternoon session and right after followed the Demo Lesson in
Mathematics by a Junior High School Mathematics Teacher, Sir Michael P. Remante who
completed the list of demo teachers.

The School Principal did the critiquing and feedbacking. She afterwards announced that
the remaining time is for the finalization of outputs.

A short program completed the five-day In Service Training for Teachers with everybody
having a strong belief that what they gained from it have a great impact on their personal and
professional development which could contribute a lot in the quest to bring quality education in
the New Normal.
