NY Mike wasn't able to take USA2 when its on the list, they just said NO, why couldn't they take? Maybe
its because its not 5 hours before? maybe they can take 2 hours before? maybe 1? we don't know
because we don't ask/sound the alarm...

NY Mike is an amazing broker, Andy/Aron work hard to get these brokers for us, we all need to work
hard in keeping them and maximising them and to find out how they tick, I am not saying that traders
need to speak to them about this as we have to be very sensitive with this broker as they are so good,
but what I do expect is to sound the alarm on these kind of things, tell me/Aron, call us, message us,
whatever it takes to sound the alarm, this broker agreed to a "deal" whatever league is on the list then
they can take as soon as they break the deal then we must sound the alarm. I have seen it happen many
times with many different brokers, I am using this example as its more recent and its a good clear
example for us all to understand and be better as a team.

Also, from now on we must all know the following information from a broker... (see image)

As well as online/offline times (can they take on Monday? is a common question) and do they move? (if
any missing let us know)

This information should be set in a template style here so if any information is missing ask Aron first for
permission to ask them unless you are sure that its not a big issue IE online/offline times.

Me and Aron are working on a permanent solution so that all traders are exposed to all the new
information for reference.

dependent on the rise and take with them. Whenever i rose the sing they would take straight away and
didn’t complain at all, returned the amount they should have and only dropped it a little on avg after

the most part was successful and we should follow this process in future. As i was getting instant
execution I decided to take up to $600 investment (sometimes more dependent on the size of the sing)

 Send the image of the early games to the skype chat prompting the early morning traders.
 Check the excel to see if we have bets for the games in question (before the time the early
morning broker comes online).
 Organise live broker to help cover the games and inform the traders if they are able to cover.

We should never have early morning games that offer sing out on the system without asking the live
brokers to cover!

Make sure everyone follows this procedure, we cant be losing bets here, because if we don't then we
end up getting 1k taking alone as oppose to 6/7k with broker... so if you make an error by not following
the procedure we lose 5-6k exposure on every spot!! so very important.

We have a NEW SYSTEM called "BOTSY".

What is BOTSY?
- BOTSY is a new PREGAME system and bases off the exchange liquid in the market and selects picks that
we deem as value, these picks will arrive on the system at selected times and can be triggered to open
at certain times. The more early a BOTSY bet comes out the more urgent it is (more specific details on
this below) and it will continue to lose value over time, so you need to work out your execution points
and decide whether to take now or at a later point, rarely it should pass your first execution point but
more details on this below. Generally speaking we should treat these bets the same way we do
"superdroppers" where by if we have some type of execution we take as early as we can.

SPECIAL BOTSYS
- Special BOTSYS are bets from the league EURO2020 championship OR COPA America. Why are these
special? as we have specific rules of taking these bets as well as a special broker deal (VERY IMPORTANT)
Follow the "EURO2020/COPA AMERICA Guideline" this will make it very easy for you to understand
these spots :)

TIMES AND TRIGGERS

When will a BOTSY arrive?

- 8 hours before KO
- 4 hours before KO
- 30 minutes before KO
- when a member sends (trigger for BOTSY to automatically open if same bet)

Thought Process

When a BOTSY arrives ask yourself the following questions (like any other bet)

- Is it a special botsy? (euro2020/copaamerica guideline)

- Can i execute the full bet now? (execution X)
- If not how much stake can i take now and at what odds? (execution point 1)
- How much stake can i take if i wait for pregame limits? (execution point 2)
- How much stake can i take if i wait for live? (live execution)

After answering these questions (assuming that the first 2 Q's are a NO) compare your stake and odds of
execution, for example...

execution point 1 (how much i can take now) = 1.88 $3000

execution point 2 (how much i can take when pregame limits rise) = 1.88 $4000 (but have to wait 6
hours)
execution point 3 (how much i can take live) = 1.87 $7000 (but have to wait 8 hours)

So in this situation even if the bet is a 4 star would still rather take $3000 at 1.88 now than waiting as its
just too long to wait especially when we need to consider the bet a "superdropper". I will go over cases
to make sure you understand when to take now and when to hold, holding should be rare.

Questions (you may ask)

If BOTSY becomes a 0 star when should I reject?

- Same as the current 0 star rules (only reject when you was going to execute the bet)

What if BOTSY becomes a 0 star and I have already taken part of the bet?
- Delete the entry and REJECT if you haven't taken 30% of your intended execution point
- Send off if you have taken 30% or more of your intended execution point
803 say they can only take at certain odds, why?
- There is a rule by where 803 are not able to give the special deal if the price we give is 6 cents+ more
than sing real price, so ask them if they can take at certain odds if its value for us.

Can i include the 3rd digit when sending to 803?

- YES and its important to always do if applicable

Can i resend the same bet to 803?

- Ask them

Can a BOTSY be sent more than once to our system?

- Only 1 BOTSY bet, unless the bet has been rejected previously then can pop back out again in the
selected timers/triggers mentioned

EURO2020/COPA AMERICA GUIDELINE

STEP 1 - is it a euro2020 or COPA america bet?

IF YES - move to step 2

IF NO - you shouldnt be reading this guideline :)

STEP 2 - is the bet a 2 star or higher?

IF YES - move to step 3

IF NO - execute as usual (take alone/scb/betcris/bet365/exchanges)

STEP 3 - Is the special 803 deal 1.5 cents or more worse than the price you can get taking alone? (only
considering the main line/the line the BOTSY states)

IF YES - take alone like usual (also considering scb/betcris/yannick/bet365/exchanges)

IF NO - move to step 4

STEP 4 - Is there better value in taking "no move brokers/bookies" (SCB/BET365/exchanges) than the
803 deal?

IF YES - take as fast as you can then move to step 5

IF NO - move to step 5

STEP 5 - Is the bet a "TOTAL" bet (IE OVER/UNDER)?

IF YES - send the main line (what BOTSY says) to 803 and state 15k USD (regardless if taken any stake at
step 4)

RULE CHANGE

From now on we should place bet365 whenever we deem the price as VALUE (not just top/above) so for
example...

 4 star bet
 ISN 2.01
 PIN 2
 SING 1.97
 BET365 1.97

Then we can place bet365 at 1.97 as we deem it as value... this makes reporting suspected drops etc
EVEN MORE IMPORTANT as in theory the bet365 will be more likely to drop asia when its within the
market as opposed to just being top price/above.

This means we will be placing way more bets than ever, so there should be a huge increase which i
will be monitoring, so lets make sure that it is used.

WHEN TO TAKE?

BET365 should be taken at the earliest point AFTER manual manipulation (phase 3) so for example...

 pin 1.98
 sing 1.95
 isn 1.94
  bet365 1.92

We manipulate to...

 isn 2.07
 pin 2.05
 bet365 2.03
 sing 2.01

Then we take bet365 straight away then proceed with the bet the way you would usually take, as
we will be manipulating most of the time before taking bet365 its important that you see the immediate
affect (1 minute) after hitting bet365.

What we need to do and find out as a team???

- does bet365 drop asia?

- make sure we screenshot before and after bet365 price (screenshot site not nowgol as jake said
nowgol delayed which is a problem so we need to see site for accuracy)

- does bet365 push up after we manipulate? (do not rely on the dynamic list! as 10 mins delayed)

- make sure we take bet365 at the earliest manipulation point (explained above)

- make sure from now on we take bet365 when value (not just top of market) (explained above)

Any games that start 10am onwards DO NOT manipulate during the night shift, i want to wait for
the early morning traders to do so it’s closer to kick off as the majority of what i am seeing is that the
limits if they go up don’t go up by much as i haven't noticed early morning manipulations being harder
to push so it makes sense that we wait closer to game time for phase 3 (manual manipulation) just make
sure they are manipulated before the 2 hour threshold, and then again for phase 4 (wait for live
manipulation) unless obviously you are sending to broker.

108 Manipulation

I know we should always manipulate before sending to broker but 108 is especially important, why?

 Good immediate returns

 Dont drop market that much (most sing -3 cents)
  They are competent in terms of time and execution

So when you are expecting them to arrive at 1am always start manipulating at 12:30,
pinnacle/isn will always push the sings and then put a 30 minute timer and execute as soon as they
come online, i did this over the weekend, around 10-20 bets and gained in-between 5-10 cents each
time.

Another important point is to be aware of the early time morning threshold, this time is 5am so
be aware for limit increases just before 5am and take with them ASAP, manipulating first, this proved
huge success over the weekend gaining a lot of cents as well as them providing execution for the early
morning games (games before a live broker would come online, before 8am)

@Luke @Kale be aware of this process as this is very important for the nights.

 Priority list for broker - Try to manipulate each bet before sending to broker, if you have pushed

 Games going into live (just before game time) - 5 minutes before game time bets that you will
be sending to 678/120 in live play you should try to manipulate, simply click on each bet when
its in the live list and press the P button, that is it.
 Live play (678 only) - After sending to 678/120 a live bet QUICKLY press the P button, i will
automate this process once we get the manual data, but need to see if this works first of all.
Make sure we DON'T DELAY the bets we send, make sure to only hit the P button AFTER sending
to broker but be fast.

Exchange Manipulation Button

All we need to do is to click this button once.

The logic of the button is as follows... the button once pressed by a trader will attempt 1 cent above the
arb price ("no cost") and then 0.001 cent above the betfair offering on the opposite side ("cost")

 DO NOT manipulate actively rising/dropping markets

 DO NOT manipulate bets where you think you wont be able to take 3k or more on the value side
 DO NOT take MF2 at lower odds that you usually would just because you have pushed the
market up
 Can choose to press the P button on more than one line, this is up to the trader
 Only press the P button once per cycle
 Orange means placing/pending
 Red means taken and will apply more stake to our value side as well as detriment to our value

 No need to open the opposite side on Molotov as all data is stored, all you need to do is press

What is the overall aim for placing bets on these accounts? - We want to test these accounts as much
and as fast as possible, using up all the credit whenever possible, so these accounts need to be checked
throughout the day to see if anymore credit back. After testing (which you will be notified on) we will
increase the amounts from £50 to £1000 per bet.

Rules on Monitoring

- Assume that each placement will NOT drop the market

- But still make sure to check if the market (asia) was affected straight after taking, upto 15 minutes later
and generally throughout the day (if see bet365 price is majority of the time better then REPORT to me)

Rules on Execution

- Place on the account when see that bet365 is VALUE (by value I mean in relative to our execution)

- £50 flat stake (I put each account as automatically £50 so all you need to do is press place)

- Can bet on any league, any market condition, as long as value (even early bets)

- DO NOT mix accounts, by that I mean only 1 account per BET (you CAN bet OVER for 1 and MINUS for
the other for eg)

I've added a Sing to Steve 1 and Steve 2. They will be same max limits as we see on betslip.

 Treat them as if they give 1 cent above sing broker price on asian handicap so if sing is 1.92
broker price on -0.75, take if you want 1.93
 For 1x2 price, treat as same as sing real price on the sing site as we receive zero commission. So
price taken on the third picture would be same as betslip 5.80 as it's a 1x2 bet.
 These are designed to help with the failures we have on betslip.
 They may be best used for when we are waiting for live and taking alone because then we don't
have any time to reduce the limits on betslip in order to take the sings.
 Record at the odds and stake you take on singbet.
