Health Training Report - This
report shall record all health
trainings carried out both for
health and non-health
personnel during the month.
The duration, number of
participants, lecturer's name,
date of training and
attachment of attendance
sheet must be recorded on it
Health Training can be viewed
in 2 areas:
1. From HOME
2. From Site Reports &
Statistics
Health Training Report is part
of Corporate monthly report.

Once you click Health Training,
a new screen will appear.
This table will show all Health
Training records you have
registered in previous months.
You can modify or delete
existing record by simply
clicking these icons.
You can minimize your search
by inserting Start and End
Dates)
To add new record, click the
Insert icon.

Once you click Insert, a new
screen will appear.
Select Country and Job site
Select the Year and Month of
the training.
Select the Training course
Insert the Lecturer’s name
Insert the Duration in Hours
(number of hour spent in
training)
Insert the Number of
participants (Saipem and Sub-
Contractors)
Man-training hours is
automatically calculated
Insert the Start Date (when the
training started) and the End
Date (when the training ended)
Attach the attendance sheet.
(THIS IS A MUST)
Then click SAVE icon 4
Once saved properly, your
record will appear on this
table.
If you want to input more
trainings, click Insert icon and
proceed as previously
instructed.
You can Modify or Delete
existing record by clicking
these icons

To PRINT Health Training
monthly report.
Go to Health Training menu,
select Country and Job site.
Input the Start Date, the first
day of the month (like
01/04/2016)
Input the End Date, the last
day of the month (like
30/04/2016)
Then click Search icon
Then click Print, you can
generate Excel or PDF report.
If you want to generate Health
reports for longer period of
time, such as first semester or
Annual data. Just input desire
Start and End dates.

This is the Health Trainings
monthly report.
This PDF report MUST be sent
to Health Reporting
Coordinator and BU Health
Coordinator every first week of
each month.

Personal data – Health
Trainings
Training records of an
employee are inserted also in
their own personal record.
To insert Health Trainings in
employees personal record, go
to menu Employees
Management, select Fitness
Examination.
Or from Home, under
Employees Management,
select Fitness Examination.

Personal data – Health
Trainings
Inside Fitness Examination,
search for the employee either
EMPLOYEE’S TRAINING RECORD by employee ID or Badge
Number, Surname, Name. Then
click the search Icon.
Click Details icon of the latest
record of that particular
employee.
Click Modify icon.
The new screen will appear,
select Courses.

Click Insert to add Health
Training record of the
employee.
A new screen will appear,
select the Training course
Select the Country and Job site
Insert the Date of Training
Then Save

Once saved properly the
record will appear on this table
If you want to add more
training, click Insert again.
You can also Print all health
trainings attended by the
employee. Click Print icon.

This is the printout of the
Health Trainings of the
individual employee.

TRAINING SUMMARY Health Training Summary
Training Summary is the
summary of all the health
trainings recorded in the
personal data of all employees.
Go to menu Employees
Management, select Training
Summary.

TRAINING SUMMARY
Health Training Summary
You can choose your printout,
either PDF or Excel.
Select Country
Select Job Site, move your job
site to Selected elements box
Company is not mandatory.
Select the Start and End Dates.
Then click Submit Report.

TRAINING SUMMARY
The printout are separated into
3 groups of employees (Italian,
International & Local)
Total attendees and non
attendees are summarized at
the end of each report.
