It can be gleaned from the table that there was a decrease of about 5.27% in the
enrolment of 2021 over that of 2020.
The decrease in the enrolment can be attributed due to the restrictions on face-to-
face education.

The school offers Special Education Program and Alternative Learning System. The
Special Education were divided into three programs; Early Intervention, Middle Childhood
and Transition with a total number of learners of 24 for this SY 2020-2021.

However, in ALS, there are 66 male and 39 female with a total of 105 learners
enrolled this school year.

In the primary grades, 35% (237 out of 669) of the learners fall outside the

normal health status. On the other hand, only 22% (88 out of 413) of the Grades 4-6

learners fall outside the normal health status.

This chart shows that the biggest funding source of the school is the MOOE.
The MOOE were used to finance almost all the programs, projects and activities that
the school had undertaken.
The DepEd allotted a special MOOE to sponsor School-Based Feeding Program
for 325 learner-beneficiaries.
Other sources of funds came from stakeholders that are in a form of in cash or
in kind.

The dropout rate of the school increased by 2.93 in just 2 years. The main
cause of dropping out from the school was distance to school. It greatly affects
the education of the children.

CI interventions must be employed to attain 0% dropout rate in the


succeeding years.

It is a three-month reading literacy program for Grade 1 non-readers


in public elementary schools in General Luna and Mulanay, Quezon. Amidst
the challenges of distance learning in the time of pandemic in these
municipalities, the program aims to address the gaps in reading instruction
through three interventions: Provision of learning kits with Marungko Booklets
as main component, Support for parents and guardians, and Creation of a
community volunteer program.

BACKGROUND

General Luna Central Elementary School is one of the biggest schools in the district of

General Luna comprises of 1085 pupils.

It offers modular distance learning. Printed self-learning modules (SLMs), weekly


home learning plan (WHLP), and activity sheets (ASs) are provided to keep learners fully
equip for the day-to-day learning process.
Teachers provide different strategies to bridge the gap. They implement suited
interventions
that make learners active, creative and responsive despite non face to face set up.
Teachers do their very best for the learners to grow well, but in contrary, some of the
Learners have own l earning style at home. Following their own set of schedule depending on
When they want to answer the learning tasks which greatly affect the smooth operation of learning
delivery during the distribution and retrieval of modules / outputs resulting to the delay of
assorting, checking and recording of the teachers.
This situation caught the interest of the CIP team, thus PROJECT: AGAP_SAGIP was created
to further minimize the delayed submission of modules / outputs of some Grade One pupils
for the current school year 2020-2021

OBJECTIVE

To minimize the delayed submission of modules/outputs of Grade One pupils of General


Luna Central ES from 50 of 141 pupils or 35.46% to 13 of 141 pupils or 9.21% or a decrease of
26.25% from 50 to 13 pupils at the end of SY 2020-2021.
