The contractor, AFG CONSTRUCTION in his letter dated October 6, 2015 (Annex
"1") requested for a suspension order of the above mentioned project due to the building
structure present on the project site.
It has been arranged since the demolition of the existing building is not carried in
the original contract, the local school board will take care of the removal of the existing
building. Since they are planning for the demolition scheme it is essential to suspended
the project for a while.
During the site inspection and evaluation of the said project. It has been agreed
that an additional suspension order is needed to provide an ample amount of time for the
complete demolition of existing structures present on the project site to have a smooth
flow of the planned construction activities.
