Sub: Construction Septic Tank for Girls Toilet – reg

`The outlet connections for Water closet for Girls Toilet is not working and creates
bad smell and un-hygienic conditions in the campus. In this context, as an alternate measure,
separate Septic Tank with soak pit is to be constructed to overcome the said problem.
Estimates were prepared for construction of Septic Tank with Soak pit. An Amount of Rs.
30,000/-( Rupees Thirty Thousand only) is required for the construction. Hence I am
requesting you to make necessary arrangements for the amount.
