The contest is open to Grade 3, 4, 5 and 6 Students of Bagong Silang Elementary School for
S.Y 2020- 2021.
Mechanics:
The poster must illustrate, interpret and emphasize the theme of the Nutrition Month
Celebration: “Malnutrisyon patuloy na labanan, First 1000 days tutukan! ”
Each participants should submit one (1) entry only . Entries must be submitted not later than
July, 2021 (MONDAY), 4:00 P.M and must be submitted in any CLEAR picture format and
supported by a short video showing actual preparation of the entry.
Entries shall have original sketches made by the participant only. Failure to comply will lead
to disqualification.

The contest is open to Grades 3,4,5 and 6 Students of Bagong Silang Elementary School for
S.Y 2020- 2021.
Mechanics:
The SLOGAN must express, interpret and emphasize the theme of the Nutrition Month
Celebration: “Malnutrisyon patuloy na labanan, First 1000 days tutukan! ”
The SLOGAN should be written in the drawing material or within the poster, and the number
of words should not be more than ten.
Each participants should submit one(1) entry only . Entries must be submitted not later than
July 12, 2021 ( FRIDAY), 4:00 P.M and must be submitted in any CLEAR picture format
and supported by a short video showing actual preparation of the entry.
Entries shall have original hand-written made by the participant only. Failure to comply will
lead to disqualification.
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING NUTRITION MONTH QUIZ BEE
Guidelines and Mechanics of Nutri-Quiz Bee 2021
This is an individual contest for each grade level from grades 3, 4, 5, and 6 Students
of Bagong Silang Elementary School for S.Y 2020- 2021.
All participants should bring 1/8 illustration board and chalk needed during the
contest.
Mechanics of Nutr0-Quiz
a. There will be 5 questions for easy and average round and 3 questions for difficult
and clincher. Easy questions has four choices; average has three choices while a
difficult has no choices and so with the clincher in case of tie.
b. The point system are as follows:
Easy – 2 points each - 5 seconds
Average- 5 points each - 5 seconds
Difficult- 10 points -10 seconds
Clincher- 10 points -10 seconds
c. The quiz master will read the questions twice and when he/she said the word go, the
participant will start to write his/her answer then when the quiz master said stop, the
participant will stop writing ad raise-up their board for checking.
d. During the difficult/ clincher round, wrong spelling is wrong.
The participant scores will be rank according to their scores, rank 1, 2 and 3 will be
declared winners.

The food plate model must convey the right food group “the go, grow and glow” in
relation to the theme of the Nutrition Month Celebration: “Malnutrisyon patuloy na
labanan, First 1000 days tutukan! ”
The food plate model’s contents cost must be less than Php. 50.00
Each participants should submit one (1) entry only. Entries must be submitted not later than

Be creative and make a Tiktok video promoting good nutrition and healthy habits at
home in relation to the theme of the Nutrition Month Celebration: “Malnutrisyon
patuloy na labanan, First 1000 days tutukan! ”. It can be done solo or with Family
members.
Each Tiktok entry must have a minimum of 30 seconds and maximum of 1 minute
each Tiktok.
Submission of Tiktok entry is until July 12, 2021, 4:00pm.
