 Citing a book:

      Author's last name, first name.  Title of book.  City of      
           publication: Publisher, year of publication.  Medium of 
           publication.
 Citing of a website:
      Editor, author, or compiler name (if available).  Name  
            affiliated with the site (sponsor or publisher), date of 
            resource creation (if available). Medium of 
            publication.  Date of access.
 Citing the Bible:
          In text/parenthetical citation:

                (Version of the Bible, Abbreviated book


chapter, verse)
                Example:
               (New International Version of the Holy Bible,
Ezek. 1.5-10)
               Notice the period instead of a colon after
chapter number
      Works Cited:
                Specific edition.  Editor(s).  City of publication: 
       Publisher, year of publication.  Medium of publication.
                 Example:
                 New International Version of the Holy Bible.  (no
editor was given mentioned) Grand Rapids: Zondervan, 1984.
