RESERVATION AGREEMENT
DATE OF RESERVATION: August 28, 2018
I CHRISTINE C. RABACAL, single/married of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at CAPANGPANGAN
VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR, hereby make a firm offer to reserve and purchased the following lot of the ROGELIO
BENEMERITO located at CAPARISPISAN, PAGUDPUD ILOCOS NORTE.

LOT AREA. 500 sqm
(The above-described lot shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Reserved Property”.)
As and by the way of Reservation Fee, I am remitting herewith the sum of PESOS: Fifty Thousand Pesos Only

I acknowledge that-
1. The total contract price of the Reserved Property is PESOS: Eight Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (Php
825,000.00) (hereafter, the “TCP”).
2. The Reservation fee is absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE; provided however, that I decide to purchase the
Reserved Property, the Reservation Fee shall be applied as payment equivalent portion of TCP.
3. I have thirty (30) calendar days (hereinafter called the “Reservation Period”), reckoned from the date of
this Agreement, within which to signify in writing to the Owner my intention to purchase the Reserved
Property.
However, my payment of any portion of TCP and the acceptance thereof by the owner, despite the
absence of a prior notice, shall be considered as perfection of my purchased of the Reserved Property and
this Agreement shall then be considered as Contract to Sell.
4. Upon deciding to purchase the Reserved Property, I shall pay the down payment in accordance with the
schedule provided.
I agree to issue and deliver to the owner the postdated checks covering the down payments. If so
required.
5. The monthly amortization on the Reserved Property shall immediately commence based on the schedule
provided regardless of whether or not a Contract to Sell has been excuted.
6. All payments shall be made on or before its due date without necessity of prior notice or demand.
7. I shall furnish and/or submit to Signatured Realty Associates all the necessary and or required
information/documents listed in “ANNEX 3” hereof within thirty (30) days after date of execution of this
Agreement and to execute the prescribed Contract to Sell.
In addition, in the event that any of the information or documents given is found to be false. Falsified or
spurious, fake, or improperly/illegally secured, or in case of any misinterpresentation, the Owner shall
have the right to cause the automatic and extrajudicial cancellation of this Agreement and/or the
purchase and sale of the Reserved Property.
8. Only payment made to seller by virtue of Special Power of Attorney, Rogelio Benemerito Sr. or Villa Del
Mar Ivory Beach Resort Inc. are accepted by and covered by duly validated official receipts shall be valid.

All cheques should be crossed and made out to Rogelio Benemerito Sr. or Villa Del Mar Ivory Beach
Resort Inc. account only.
9. I have read and fully understand this Reservation and hereby agree to faithfully comply with the
provisions thereof. Prior to the execution of the Contract to Sell, my relationship to the owner and the
Broker shall be governed by the provisions of this Agreement.
10. I hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure by the Owner of all the personal information I have
given hereunder for lawful and legal purposes.
11. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which, when properly signed and
executed by the parties, shall be considered originals thereof.
12. This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of the Philippines and any
action arising herefrom shall be brought EXCLUSIVELY before Philippine courts.
