With reference to the above captioned subject matter, the Contractor pursuant to Part -2
Section VII- Works Requirements under Clause No.46.1(Page No.1001), herewith submits
the Casting Yard Site Layout Plan for Engineer’s review and acknowledgment. Further the
Contractor requests the Engineer to kindly accord the Notice of No-Objection in regards
with the enclosed layout plan at the earliest.
