 It may improve our bodies’ immunity to many illnesses.
 Might be beneficial for patients recovering from illness.

 The WHO recommends honey as a treatment for coughs and sore throats.

SUMMARY.

In former times, honey was used as a sweetening ingredient in Greek and Egyptian
cuisine, it’s indeed a valuable gift given. Used as a preserving agent also placed in
tombs as food for the afterlife. The texts of several world religions contain
references to honey. It has a symbolic value. It is used for medical purposes by the
Egyptians, Chinese, and Greeks. However it has countless benefits in modern
times as well. It recovers our bodies’ immunity to a lot of illnesses and helps in
recovery of ill patients, it speeds up the healing process after surgery. Mixing
honey with lemon is dependable cure for sore throats and coughs. The WHO
endorses honey as a treatment for coughs and sore throats. Foundation of many
vitamins and minerals the most common one being vitamin c, calcium and iron. It
enhance athletic ability. When it is mixed with milk, honey creates soft skin. It
activates changes in the body which assure we won’t crave other sweet foods. Also
used in a weight loss. It can be a part of our usual diet.
