THE PROPOSED PERIMETER FENCING/GATE HOUSE AND PHASE 1 ROAD
DEVELOPMENT AT HOLY CHILD COLLEGE ASA 3, OTUKPO BENUE STATE NIGERIA.

Sequel to limitation of time on the above-named construction project, Open Bidding was
impossible. Hence we proceeded on a SELECTIVE TENDERING method, by inviting a
contractor to price the unpriced bill of quantities prepared by the consultants.

Find attached to this letter the contractor’s priced BILL OF QUANTITIES, negotiated by the
consultants and the selective tender report for the above-named proposed construction
project.

We hereby recommend Messer LONGIMONT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED based on their


wealth of experience and performances in similar project of this volume and nature through
their track records in the past.

Above all, LONGIMONT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED has always been completing most
of her construction projects; this can be deduced from their submission with the
evidence of COMPLETION CERTIFICATES. We hereby recommend them for this
construction project, for their highly responsive bill rates and for their level of
knowledge about this project.
