SECOND CIRCLE

HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT
Every child is unique. He or she has her unique personality traits,
interests, preferences, values, attitudes, strengths, and weaknesses.
The educational curriculum must be able to help every child find his or
her unique place in the world in alignment with the uniqueness that he or
she has. In order to achieve this, the holistic development of a child is of
utmost importance.
Nelintap Elementary School aims to develop multiple facets or
abilities of learners through the development of physical capabilities,
intellectual abilities, cognitive or mental abilities, emotional abilities, and
social skills.
FUNCTIONAL LITERACY
Nelintap Elementary School engages learners in all activities in
which literacy is required for effective function of their group and
community and also for enabling them to continue to use reading, writing
and calculation for their own and the community’s development.

THIRD CIRCLE

21st CENTURY LEADERSHIP AND LEARNING SKILLS


Nelintap Elementary School advocates core competencies such
as collaboration, digital literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving
which need to be taught to help students thrive in today’s world.
EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT AND PRODUCTIVE INDIVIDUAL
Nelintap Elementary School prioritizes and arranges both
learners’ inputs and your outputs. Proper assessment and organization
of inputs leads to greater effectiveness, and proper organization of
outputs leads to greater efficiency.

Nelintap Elementary School provides technology-driven and
media-suffused environment, marked by access to an abundance of
information, rapid changes in technology tools, and let the learners
collaborate and make individual contributions on an unprecedented
scale. Our school provides functional and critical thinking activities
related to information, media and technology. 
LEARNING AND INNOVATION SKILLS
Nelintap Elementary School promotes creativity and innovation
which allow the generation of ideas and concepts. Our school involves
using classroom techniques such as brainstorming, collaboration, and
communicating effectively with others. Expanding on these ideas by
elaborating, refining, analyzing, and evaluating will maximize and
improve the creative effort.
LIFE AND CAREER SKILLS
Nelintap Elementary School elevates learners’ characteristics
beyond thinking skills and content knowledge. Our school aids the
learners to navigate the complex life and work environments which
requires them to pay rigorous attention to developing adequate life and

C. Project Cacao – Cacao Now, Chocolate Tomorrow
D. Project REAP – Reading Enhancement Achieving Project to
improve learners’ skill in reading
E. Project MATH – DAILY – (Mathematics Daily Allotted Learning
Instinct) – to improve the interest and skills of learners in Math
F. Project PET (Project Enhancing Teachers) – to improve
teachers’ mastery and utilization of appropriate, content
strategies
G. Project A & C (Appreciation and Citation Project) – to motivate
learners to excel and teachers to perform well
H. NES-PWD (Nelintap ES School Proper Waste Disposal) –
Teachers and learners even parents practice proper waste
disposal and waste segregation for better health and sanitation.
I. Project DPR (Disaster Preparedness and Readiness) – This is
to equip learners and teachers with the necessary information
and skills to be well-prepared in times of disaster.
J. Project Network (Link to Stakeholders) – To establish linkages
for the accomplishment of developmental projects and activities
in the school

MONITORING AND EVALUATION


Monitoring and evaluation are both important to assess, evaluate
and improve the priorities in the school.

Education must continue despite this pandemic, our learners will be the

next leaders and the future of this land, so we should continue

educating them...As Nelson Mandela said, "Education is the most

powerful weapon which you can use to change the world".
