MOBIDISC MD 10 RR

Feeding capacity: up to approx. 250 t/h

Feeding size: up to approx. 800 mm

The crawler mobile screening unit type MOBIDISC MD 10 RR is a newly developed machine.
This mobile unit is especially suitable for the classification of extremely difficult and polluted
materials. Separation is possible in the range between 40 and 65 mm. The gap setting of the
last two roller axles is adjustable to reach different grain sizes.

Feeding is effected by a feeding hopper with 9 m³ contents and a drag conveyor. The two
primary wobbler feeders with 8 and 6 roller axles are equipped with one step. Situated on the
axles are elliptic roller discs made out of wear resistant steel. Due to their shape, the roller
discs make a lifting movement, the result of which is a continuous rearrangement of the
material. Therefore the wobbler feeder solves conglutinated and cohesive material. When
using a usual prescreen, so-called „clay cakes“ creeping along the whole screen covering,
will be torn into the wobbler feeder. Mineral stones with adherent, cohesive material will be
beaten off.

With this wobbler feeder – screening unit mixed excavated material, prescreened material or
material similarly difficult to separate, can be separated efficiently and without any problems.

For feeding sizes up to approx. 1000 mm we can offer type MOBIDISC MD 12 RR as an


alternative.
