C. When A plays to B he overlaps B when he comes inside on an angel, B
plays to C, C then can decidewho he wants to play, encourage creativity
and the combinations.

GAME TRAINING

ORANISATION

Starting Situation: 3 grids A, B&C with players positioned in the diagram.

1. Players must stay in designated areas to start the practice. 2. The


practice starts from the GK in section A to 3 or 4 3. One player from A can
enter into B and one player from B can enter C to create a 2v2, this can
increased to two players from B can enter into C which will create a 3v2.

PROGRESSION:

RULES

1. Reds have 10 seconds to score.
