Readymix Concrete Purchase Agreement


Party A: Scenic Mall Pvt Ltd (Concrete Provider)
Party B: Southern Constructions Company Pvt Ltd (Client)

We are making a contract agreement for providing Readymix concrete from Scenic Mall Pvt Ltd. to on Per Cubic
Meter Basis on the below mentioned terms & conditions set by (Readymix Concerete Provider) Party A.

1. The material like Sand, Crush, Cement & Admixture will be provided by Party:B to Party:A before the work
started & as per requirements mentioned in total cubic meters.
2. The shifting of readymix concrete by Transit Mixture will be sole responsibility of Party:B, Rent of T.M.,
charges of shifting, Labour, Transportation to the site & back to our site will be paid by Party B: Pvt Ltd.
3. Party:A will charge 2000/-Rs on each cubic meter (Including Stationary Pump) where minimum quantity of
concrete will be 50 Cubic Meter per day when concrete required. Total cubic meter concrete is expected
600 more or less will be adjusted on final bill, Duration of Concrete pouring for 600 m3 will be maximum 2
months from the first concrete.
4. Payment of 100 Cubic Meter will be paid in advance by Party:B.
5. Transfer charges of Stationary Pump will be paid by Party:B to the transporter/vehicle.
6. Party B: will be completely responsible If any accident happens during shifting and cause damages to the
plant by Transit Mixture during shifting of concrete or loss of concrete due to line choke on site.
7. During concrete no claim will be entertained due to mechanical issues of Electrical & Mechanical issues of
Plant/pump/electricity that will increase the time of concrete & costs.
Concrete Mix Design: A1
Ratio: 1,2,4 As per 1 m3
Target Strength: 3000 PSI "+/- 20% Extra"

8. Party:A will follow above mentioned Concrete Mix Design only as mutually decided by both parties to get

signing this agreement.
