Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), is a Government of India Undertaking


under the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises. The Corporate
Research and Development Division of BHEL is located at Balanagar in the
district of Medchal – Malkajgiri, Telangana State.

In line with the guidelines issued vide Go No. 8 dated 11.05.2021, by the
industries and Commerce Dept. (IP&INF) Government of Telangana, BHEL Corp.
R&D is being operated during the lockdown period by adhering to COVID-19
SOP.

In this regard, it is to certify that Mr. /Ms. /Dr. Amit Aggarwal, Staff
No. 3164667 working in Transmission & Protection System dept. is a regular
employee of BHEL Corp. R&D.

Hence it is requested to permit him / her to travel from his / her residence to
attend duties at BHEL Corp. R&D and travel back.
