Objectives
This Scope of Work (SoW) serves as reference of the following item for PETRON on their Verint 15.1
system.
• To configure replay drive on Pandacan recorder server

Work hours are pegged at 8 hours per day.
Man-Hours are formulated using weekday work schedule from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Manila Time.
Work as stated in this SoW will only start upon the Client’s confirmation of the

readiness of the sites and/or equipment involved. This shall include, but not limited
to power, cabling, rack for the equipment, network configurations, certificate
availability for encryption, and so on.
Device and/or services not included in this SoW is subject for verification.
Other requirements and functionalities not mentioned in the scope/proposal.
Other requirements that surface as we progress through the project which must be
