My Personality Result
In nature, I am known for being peaceful, tolerant, and easy-going, which is a feature of my
personality. When working steadily, I take satisfaction in my achievements, but I try to avoid
getting upset when goals are not reached, since we must work with patience and a calm working
style in order to be successful. If I speak specifically about my own personality, I can say that it
is much more tolerant of others, much more relaxed than other individuals, much more
reflective, and the most important thing is that it has lower levels of anxiety and a higher level of
imagination and creativity than other individuals. When it comes to business, my personality
may also be described as easy-going, easygoing, and having a highly flexible temperament,
among other things. I have a professional personality that is basically diametrically opposed to
the characteristics of other type of personality. Those with the personalities are meticulous; those
with other type of personalities are significantly more casual and carefree in their demeanor, and
I make every effort to meet the typical requirements of those with type B personalities. Type A
personalities are meticulous; type B personalities are carefree.
Because my personality does not meet the basic criteria of type B people, it does not show the
behaviors that are often associated with type A, individuals. Always keep in mind that the two
types exist on a continuum, with the majority of people leaning more toward one kind of
personality than the other. I believe that my ability to be adaptive and flexible in the face of
change is one of my most significant personality traits. My even-tempered and laid-back
temperament, as well as my tendency to delay and my creative skills, are some of my other
distinguishing traits. It is important to remember that everyone, at some time in their life, will
show some of the traits and skills mentioned above to a greater or lesser extent. However, these
traits are more prevalent in my personality than they are in most people's personalities. It is true
that people with personalities like mine are less likely to acquire coronary heart disease than
other people, but this does not indicate that having this specific combination of personality traits
has a protective effect on the risk of coronary heart disease. When it comes to their health, Type
B personalities are known for taking an overly casual approach, which may be a cause of conflict
for certain people. Being laid back may cause them to be less diligent about maintaining good
behaviors and scheduling regular health examinations than they should be, which may lead to
health problems.
Occasionally, there are individuals who have a comprehensive understanding of what makes
change successful, as well as significant knowledge of the processes of managing, planning, and
implementing change. The bulk of the time, they seek for businesses and occupations that will
need them to adapt on a continuous basis, and they thrive in such environments. They are fully
aware that there will be strong resistance to any changes that are implemented. Accepting change
as a positive development and incorporating it into one's life without fear of the repercussions is
the basic idea of embracing change. There are three main benefits to making a shift. Learning
new things and acquiring abilities allows me to make development in knowledge, bravery,
flexibility, and optimism. All of these qualities contribute to the long-term achievement of
missionary goals and visions.
Before I can begin to explore ways of accepting the change, I must first comprehend the nature
of the shift and how it will impact me. Only then can I begin to contemplate means of accepting
the shift. Many people think that any change that leads our plans to diverge from their planned
course is a negative development. It is important, though, to have an optimistic attitude and to
never give up hope. After things have settled down, take a look around at the surroundings. I
make decision on the areas that need attention and provide the necessary resources to them.
Change entails an element of uncertainty as well as the potential of failure on both sides. When
the path ahead seems to be rough, it is natural to feel apprehensive and anxious. When it comes
to uncertainty, on the other hand, there should be no room for inaction under any circumstances.
In order to adapt and respond to change, it is necessary to focus on the options that are accessible
to them. I assess each alternative and set my concerns aside before making a final choice on
which one to pursue further. It is not possible to solve an issue by blaming; even I solve any kind
of issue by focusing on it. When I accept change, it shows that me not to view it as a burden, but
rather as an opportunity to improve myself or to undertake new experiences. I keep a positive
attitude about my present job, my abilities, and my skill to adapt to new situations and
circumstances. Based on my examination of the many factors involved in bringing about change
in ourselves, I can confidently state that I possess some of the most essential qualities required to
effect change. As a consequence of my desire and dedication to the aim, I am able to put out my
best effort in order to achieve the set target.
Many times, what we see as failures are really roadblocks in the development process. The way
we see things may have a major effect on our ability to deal with setbacks in a positive manner.
If we learn to reframe a setback as a problem that has to be handled, we may find that our
pessimism decreases and that we feel more in charge of our life. Change is a necessary

my weak colleagues. On the other hand, if I talk about my weakness than the main thing which is
my worst weakness is the management of time due to heavy burden of working. Somehow I am
able to manage it now because it is my daily routine to cover up these kind of problems but
sometimes the time management become a hurdle in my efficient working. These attributes
allow me to improve myself to become an impressive leader. I am so much confident about my
working as I have the ability to enhance my character attributes and professional skills.
