Graduation Video Guidelines for Grade 11 Graduates (for Teachers):
Only videos of grade 11 graduates at your campus will be accepted with the following criteria
listed below:
• Please look directly into the camera with your face and torso showing.
• Teachers must be positioned in front of a Spirit of Math background. If this is not
possible, please use a white or grey background.
• Please dress up professionally as you would dress up for the actual graduation
ceremony.
• Please wear your name tag.
• Natural light is preferred, however, if you are recording at night – please ensure your
face is well-lit.
• Videos can be recorded on Microsoft Teams and uploaded to Microsoft Stream. Before
uploading, please test the video files to ensure the video & sound quality is acceptable.
• Please label the video file as your Campus name, your first & last name, provide video to
your CD/Principal, and have them upload and submit the video in the following link:
