Seabridge Energy is a US-based energy trading, logistics and project company that delivers a broad spectrum of products
and services to customers worldwide.

We source a range of physical commodities including Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs – propane,
butane, ethane) and Distillate Fuel Oil (Highway, Marine & Power Generation Fuels) from a strategic network of producers
and supply partners.

We supply these products to our trading partners safely, reliably and efficiently utilizing industry leading chartering and
logistics capabilities by vessel, barge, rail, truck and pipeline.

Seabridge also develops and implements small and mid-scale IPP and captive power projects up to 250 MW, focusing on
projects that also provide the opportunity to supply the fuel over the term of the power purchase agreements.

Seabridge Energy’s principals and management team have many decades of experience in the oil & gas and power
sectors, with deep industry expertise gained from operational and leadership roles with O&G operators, trading
companies, utilities, independent power producers, EPC contractors, shipping & logistics companies, and legal and
finance firms.
Energy Products

We utilize an asset-light trading and logistics model to allow for flexible and dynamic responsiveness to customer needs,
matching product volumes, storage, vessel charters, and barge and railcar leases to contractual supply requirements. We
leverage our strategic alliances with world class producers and transport partners, and aggregate supply volumes to
achieve competitive offtake agreements and deliver products on-spec and on-time.

Seabridge is presently targeting trade opportunities representing 1 MMTPA LPG and 0.4 MMTPA LNG; we have identified
considerable scaling opportunities for these and other commodities over the near to mid term and are actively pursuing
these growth prospects.

With decades of energy supply chain expertise, a comprehensive network of strategic suppliers and service providers,
and rigorous risk management practices, Seabridge Energy is an experienced, reliable and competitive trading partner.
Energy Projects

The Seabridge Energy team has a highly successful energy project track record, with downstream Oil & Gas project
delivery experience including refineries and LNG facilities as well as over 25,000 MW of power project development
and execution.

We have over 17,500 MW of plant operating experience, including fuel supply management of 2.25 Bcf/d natural gas
(17 MMTPA LNG equiv.), 3.6 MMTPA fuel oil, and 8.5 MMTPA steam coal.

Seabridge provides project partners and clients with deal sourcing, equity & debt capital raising, project development,
technical, commercial & project management, O&M and asset management capabilities.

We are presently working with partners in Africa, Asia and Latin America on the development of several gas-to-power
projects that represent both LNG / LPG fuel supply and contracted power generation opportunities.
