Deed of Exchange

This deed of exchange documents the exchange of two properties between two parties. The first party owns one property, while the second party inadvertently purchased a different property from the first party. Both parties have now agreed to exchange the properties they each own so that they are in possession of the properties they originally intended. The deed transfers ownership of the first described property from the first party to the second party, and transfers the second described property from the second party to the first party.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed made and entered into this ___ day of _________________ in
_____________, Philippines, by and between;

__________________________, of legal age, single/married to


__________________________, Filipino citizen, and residing at
__________________________, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST
PARTY,

-and-

__________________________, of legal age, single/married to


__________________________, Filipino citizen, and residing at
__________________________, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY,

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the lawful and registered owner of that certain
real property with the building and improvements thereon, situated at
___________________________ and more particularly described in Original/Transfer
Certificate of Title No. _________ issued by the Register of Deeds for _______________,
to wit:

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY intended to purchase the property described


above to which the FIRST PARTY agreed but the latter inadvertently sold via a Deed of
Absolute Sale to the former another property different from what they have agreed upon
which property the FIRST PARTY likewise owns in fee simple with the buildings and
improvements thereon, situated at __________________________________, Philippines
and more particularly described in Original/Transfer Certificate of Title No. _________
issued by the Register of Deeds for _______________, as follows:

WHEREAS, both parties have voluntarily agreed by and between themselves to


exchange the properties as above described in order to conform to their true and actual
agreement;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the FIRST
PARTY hereby cedes, transfers and conveys unto the SECOND PARTY the real property
first described above including the buildings and improvements existing thereon, and the
SECOND PARTY likewise hereby cedes, transfers and conveys unto the FIRST PARTY the
other real property described next including the buildings and improvements existing
thereon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this __ day of
